The average person will typically bundle their socks together, right?
Well, you should know that there’s an even better way of doing it.
Save space in your dresser drawers, suitcases, or wherever else you keep your socks…
You’lltake your laundry folding game to a whole new level, by creating nice, neat little squares that can be stacked.
While folding your socks this way may not be the quickest way (until you get the hang of it, of course,) it is the best way to fold your socks in preparation for a trip. Packingsocks this way end up taking less space, and giving you more room for those duty-free bottles you might be bringing back with you.
Let’s get started!
Lay your socks out in a T…
Step 2: Tuck One Sock In Completely
Fold as show in the picture, then take the other non-tucked end, and fold it in the same way.
Step 3: Fold In The Other Sock
Now, you’re pretty much going to do the same thing with the second sock as you were with the first. When you’re done, you should have something resembling the next pic.
You’re more than halfway done at this point. You should have an L-shape made by the two folded socks.
Step 5: Fold One Flap Into The Fold
It’s probably easier to see what to do on this step than it is to read it. Take one of the two remaining flaps and fold it in.
Step 6: Fold In The Remaining Flap
Just like you did for the first one.
That’s it. Smaller and better than a regular ol’ ball, wouldn’t you agree?
